By booking a tour with Mroccos Tour (referred to in these conditions as "we" or "us") you will be accepting the following conditions on behalf of all individuals using our services, by virtue of a booking made by you.
YOUR USE OF OUR SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A TOUR. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE MROCCOS TOUR.
Travel Documentation
You are responsible for obtaining the required travel documents. Travelers from some countries will need to obtain a visa to enter Morocco as well. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met.
Tour Booking Process and Payment
You will be provided with a detailed itinerary and an all-inclusive price for that itinerary. There is no deposit required for day trips, but for longer tours, your booking will not be confirmed unless we receive a 20% deposit of your total balance, which can be paid by PayPal, bank transfer, or cheque. The balance is due 5 weeks prior to departure.
Changes to Your Booking
You will be provided a detailed itinerary, total cost, inclusions, and exclusions. A 20 percent deposit non-refundable is required to confirm your booking, the balance due 5 weeks prior to departure.
If you desire to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While you are on the tour, we are able to arrange a variety of activities and are flexible, but the hotel selections cannot be changed once the tour starts. Should you decide to deviate from your planned itinerary, any additional expense resulting from such action must be paid directly to those providing the service. If we cannot honor the requested changes to your booking, you have the choice of proceeding with your tour as described in the itinerary or you may cancel your tour. Cancellation charges are described below.
If you have any special requests or needs (e.g., dietary, disability, etc.), please notify us as soon as possible in the booking process. Be aware that many Riads and sites require that you can climb stairs and are not wheelchair accessible, for example. If there are special requests we cannot meet, we will inform you prior to booking your trip. No compensation will be paid to you if special requests are not fulfilled.
Cancellation Policy
A 20% deposit is non-refundable.
100% cancellation penalty within 4 weeks of arrival.
In very unusual and rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your tour. In that case, we will refund your deposit, but we are not liable to pay any other compensation to you. Unforeseen circumstances may include natural disasters, war or civil unrest, etc.
Insurance
In spite of the fact that we will do everything possible to ensure your safety and satisfaction during your stay, Mroccos Tour is not liable for any personal injury or loss that happens en route to Morocco or while visiting Morocco. As Morocco's local insurance is unreliable, and Mroccos Tour does not provide travel insurance coverage for you. It is therefore strongly recommended that you obtain appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance that will cover you in cases of illness, injury, death, cancellation, baggage loss, delays, and others.
